    as you read it will be released in may but i go deeply and got some features :
    the new Exynos 5440 quad-core chip

    running a more mature version of Android 4.2

    the usual things like cases were complimented by the C-Pen (like the Note 2's S-Pen but smaller) and the dongle for connecting to your TV to stream stuff.

      some tech reviews tells that it will have a 13 mp camera that was planned to be included in previous Galaxy Note 2
